Pipeline System Setup service terms

The contract for a Pipeline System Setup ordered through the checkout.

Last updated 29 September 2026

The parties

These terms are the contract between Firo Growth LLC (Firo) and the business named in the order (the Client). Firo Growth LLC is a limited liability company formed in the State of Wyoming, United States. Its postal address is 30 N Gould St # 4673,30 N Gould St # 4673, Sheridan, WY 82801-6317, United States.82801-6317, United States.

Firo sells to businesses only. The Client confirms that it is a business, that it sells to other businesses, and that it orders for its business and not for personal use. Firo does not accept orders from persons or countries under United States sanctions.

The person who places the order confirms that they are authorised to order for the Client and to accept these terms for it.

What Firo delivers

Firo builds a LinkedIn pipeline system for the Client’s business. The order covers one business and the offer and market agreed in the kickoff. The system has seven parts.

  • Kickoff and business map. One video session in which Firo and the Client map the business, its offer, its best clients, its team, its tools and its LinkedIn accounts.its LinkedIn accounts.
  • Market and offer. The addressable market mapped in layers, the segment to start with, and the Client’s selling points, angles and strengths.
  • ICP and buyer personas. The ideal customer profile with a scorecard to rate how well a company fits, and buyer personas for the roles that decide and influence.
  • Targeting and lists. The prospecting workflow step by step, with the filters per data source, the segments and tiers, and a roadmap for keeping the list fresh.
  • Messaging and campaigns. Three messaging funnels as templates, each with a connection note and follow-ups, written for a persona and an angle, plus tips for handling replies and objections.replies and objections.
  • Profile and content. Profile optimization tips for the personal profile and the company page, and a content strategy with content buckets and a posting rhythm.a posting rhythm.
  • Tools and playbook. The recommended tools per step, the workflows written out step by step, and the playbook to run them.

Firo delivers the system in the Client’s portal at Firo and sends an email with a copy or a link to it.

After delivery Firo gives two weeks of implementation support. In those two weeks Firo answers the Client’s questions about putting the system to work, by email or WhatsApp.

Not included are running outreach, handling replies, booking meetings, ongoing content, and the cost of LinkedIn, Sales Navigator, CRM, data or automation tools. Prospect records are included only with a launch list. Posts that are ready to publish are included only with the launch content pack. Ongoing services are agreed separately.

Add-ons

The Client can add the following to the order in the checkout. Add-ons are delivered together with the system.with the system.

  • Launch prospect list of 500 or 1,000 prospects that match the criteria agreed in the kickoff. In the checkout the Client can choose signals at no extra cost, such as hiring, funding, technologies used, headcount growth, new in role and active on LinkedIn. Signals are tagged where the information is available.
  • Verified work emails for the launch list, priced per 500 prospects on the list.on the list.
  • Verified personal and business phone numbers for the launch list, priced per 500 prospects on the list.on the list.
  • Running ads signal for the launch list, priced per 500 prospects on the list.on the list. It shows whether the company runs ads on LinkedIn, Google or Meta at the time of the check, based on the public ad libraries.public ad libraries.
  • Launch content pack of 4 posts that are ready to publish, each with a caption and an on-brand visual, carousel or infographic. The Client can reuse them as templates.

The order confirmation lists the add-ons the Client bought. The section on add-on data below applies to every list and to the email, phone and ads add-ons.

What the Client provides

  • The kickoff preparation form, once Firo has sent it, filled in no later than 24 hours before the kickoff. Firo emails the link to it. The form has its own page and saves the answers while the Client types.the Client types.
  • One contact person who can decide for the Client and who joins the kickoff.
  • Accurate and complete information about the business, its offer, its clients and its accounts.
  • Answers to Firo’s questions within two business days. The timeline pauses while Firo waits, as the Timeline section says.

The Client makes sure it has the right to share the material and the data it gives to Firo. Firo relies on what the Client tells it.

The kickoff

The kickoff is a one hour video session. The Client picks the time in the checkout. The earliest kickoff is two days after the order.

The time is held while the Client completes the order. It is booked when the payment succeeds or, for a bank transfer, when the Client confirms the transfer in the checkout. A booked kickoff still falls under the rule below.

Two things must be done no later than 24 hours before the start of the kickoff. The payment must have arrived with Firo, and the preparation form must be filled in if Firo has sent it. The checkout and the order email name that moment as an exact day and time in the Client’s time zone. If either is missing, Firo may move the kickoff to a later time.

Timeline

Firo delivers the system two weeks after the kickoff. Two weeks means fourteen calendar days, counted from the day the kickoff takes place. A kickoff on a Monday means delivery on the Monday two weeks later.two weeks later.

The clock pauses while Firo waits for input, answers or approvals from the Client. The delivery date moves by the number of days the clock was paused.

If Firo expects to be late for a reason on its own side, it tells the Client the new date as soon as it knows.

Rescheduling and no-show

The Client can move the kickoff once, up to 24 hours before it starts, with the link in the confirmation email or by writing to Firo. A move that Firo makes because the payment or the form is missing counts as the Client’s one move.

If the Client asks later than that, or needs to move the kickoff a second time, Firo offers a new time when its calendar allows. That can be one or more weeks later.more weeks later.

If nobody from the Client has joined fifteen minutes after the start, it counts as a no-show. Firo then offers a new time.a new time. If Firo has to move the kickoff itself, it tells the Client as early as it can and offers a new time.a new time.

The two weeks always count from the kickoff that actually takes place. If no kickoff has taken place within ninety days of the order for reasons on the Client’s side, Firo may close the order. The fees are not refunded.are not refunded.

Revisions and acceptance

The order includes one round of revisions. The Client sends all its change requests together, in one message, within fourteen days of delivery.

Firo makes the changes that fall within the scope of the order. A change to the offer, the market or the ICP agreed in the kickoff, or a request for something new, is extra work that Firo quotes separately.

The deliverables are accepted when the Client says so, or fourteen days after delivery if the Client has sent no change requests. Where change requests were sent, the deliverables are accepted when Firo delivers the revised version.

Fees and payment

The fees are the amounts the checkout shows when the Client places the order. They are fixed for that order and are paid upfront and in full.

Clients with a billing address in Europe pay in euros. All other Clients pay in US dollars. The currency and the amount are fixed when the order is placed.

The checkout shows the payment methods available for the Client’s country. These can include bank transfer, iDEAL, ACH and card.

A Client that pays by bank transfer confirms in the checkout that it has made the transfer. Firo then checks its bank account. The order counts as paid only when Firo sees the money there.

The payer pays all bank, transfer and currency conversion charges. Firo must receive the full amount of the order.

Firo emails the invoice for the order in a separate email, at the moment the order is placed. An invoice is marked as paid only when the payment is already proven at that moment, which is the case with a card or iDEAL payment that has succeeded.

An invoice for a bank transfer, or for an ACH payment that is still on its way, shows the amount due and how to pay it. Firo does not change an invoice after it is sent. When the money arrives, Firo emails the Client that the payment is in.

Taxes

All prices exclude VAT, sales tax and similar taxes. Firo Growth LLC is a United States company and adds no VAT to its prices unless the checkout shows it before the Client pays.

A Client in the European Union or the United Kingdom that has a VAT number gives it in the checkout, and Firo checks the number with the VIES service of the European Commission while the Client is ordering. United Kingdom numbers cannot be checked this way, so Firo confirms them by hand after the order.

If the number is confirmed while the Client is ordering, no VAT is charged, the Client accounts for VAT in its own country under the reverse charge, and the invoice says so.

If no number is given, or the number cannot be confirmed while the Client is ordering, Firo still takes the order and still charges no VAT. The invoice then shows VAT 0.00 without a reverse charge statement, and the Client remains responsible for any VAT due in its own country.

If the service answers that a number is not valid, Firo does not take the order with that number. The Client can correct the number, order without one, or write to Firo to sort it out.

Each Client is responsible for the taxes it owes in its own country on the purchase. If the law requires Firo to collect a tax on an order, the checkout shows it before the Client pays.

The Client pays the fees without deducting taxes or charges. If the law requires a deduction, the Client raises the payment so that Firo receives the full amount.the full amount.

Refunds

There are no refunds on the Pipeline System Setup or its add-ons.

There is one exception. Firo may find, before or during the kickoff, that the Client is not a good fit for the service. An example is a Client that does not sell to businesses. Firo may then cancel the order and refund the amount paid.

Firo alone decides whether the exception applies. A refund is never automatic. Nothing else is refundable. This includes the time after the kickoff, a missed kickoff, and a Client that stops taking part.

Firo pays a refund back to the payment method or bank account the payment came from.

No guarantee of results

Firo does the work with reasonable skill and care. It does not guarantee meetings, replies, pipeline, revenue, sales or any other commercial result.

Results depend on the Client’s offer, market, profile, sales cycle, follow-up and sales conversations. Client results and quotes on Firo’s website describe past work and are not a promise.

Apart from what these terms say, the service and the deliverables come without warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

LinkedIn and other platforms

LinkedIn, Sales Navigator and the other tools and platforms in the system belong to third parties. Firo is not affiliated with LinkedIn or endorsed by it.

These platforms set their own rules and limits and can change them at any time. The Client runs its own accounts, pays for its own subscriptions and is responsible for following the platforms’ terms. Some tools that automate LinkedIn activity are not allowed under LinkedIn’s terms. Whether to use them is the Client’s decision and the Client’s risk.

Firo recommends limits that fit the state of the Client’s accounts. Staying within them lowers the risk but cannot rule out that a platform warns, restricts or closes an account. Account restrictions and platform changes are outside Firo’s control, and Firo is not liable for them.

Add-on data

A list size is the number of records that match the criteria agreed in the kickoff. If the agreed criteria produce fewer matching records than the size ordered, Firo tells the Client and the two widen the criteria so that the list can be completed. If the Client does not want to widen the criteria, Firo delivers the records that match. The price stays the same.stays the same.

Every record has the person’s name, job title, LinkedIn profile and company. Other details come from public sources and data providers and are filled in where available.

Emails and phone numbers are found where available. Firo checks several data providers one after another. There is no guarantee that an email or a phone number is found for a given prospect, and the list shows which were found. The price is per 500 prospects on the list, not per email or number found.or number found.

Verified means the email address or phone number was checked at the time of delivery. People change jobs, addresses and numbers, so data ages from the day it is delivered. An email that bounces or a number that stops working after delivery is not a reason for a refund or a replacement.

If a record did not match the agreed criteria at delivery, the Client can report it within fourteen days of delivery and Firo replaces it.

The Client is responsible for contacting people lawfully. This includes the rules on email and phone marketing, do-not-call registers, data protection law, and the terms of LinkedIn and other platforms, in the countries where the Client and its prospects are.

Data protection

For the Client’s own contact, order and billing details, Firo is the controller. The privacy notice explains how Firo handles them.

For the prospect data Firo builds for the Client, and for any personal data the Client gives Firo to work with, the Client is the controller and Firo is its processor. Firo handles that data only on the Client’s instructions and under the data processing terms at the end of this document. Nothing else needs to be signed. The answers in the kickoff preparation form fall under those terms wherever they name other people.name other people.

Ownership

After full payment, the Client owns the client-specific deliverables named in its order. These include the Client’s market and ICP work, scorecard, buyer personas, messaging funnels, profile tips, content strategy and playbook. They also include the prospect records of a list it bought and the posts of a content pack it bought.

Firo keeps its existing methods, reusable frameworks, guides, templates and software. Firo gives the Client the perpetual right to use these inside its own business, as far as needed to run the delivered system. Third-party materials stay subject to their own rights and terms.

Firo may reuse the general know-how it gains from the work, but never the Client’s confidential information.Client’s confidential information.

Confidentiality

Each party keeps the other’s non-public business information confidential and uses it only for the order. It shares it only with people and providers who need it for the order and who must keep it confidential too.it confidential too.

This does not cover information that is public, that the receiving party already had or lawfully receives from someone else, or that it must disclose by law. The duty lasts for three years after delivery.

Liability

Firo’s total liability for an order, on any legal ground, is limited to the fees the Client paid for that order.for that order.

Neither party is liable for indirect loss, such as lost profit, lost revenue, lost business, lost data or loss of goodwill.

These limits do not apply to fraud, to deliberate wrongdoing, or where the law does not allow liability to be limited. They also do not apply to the Client’s duty to pay the fees or to the Client’s duty to cover third-party claims under this section.

The Client is responsible for how it uses the deliverables and the data. If a third party makes a claim against Firo because of that use, for example because of the Client’s outreach, the Client covers Firo’s resulting loss and reasonable costs.

Suspension

If a payment is late, fails, is reversed or is disputed, Firo may pause the work, postpone the kickoff and hold back delivery and portal access until the matter is resolved. The timeline pauses for as long.

A chargeback or payment dispute that the Client starts without first raising the issue with Firo is a breach of these terms. The Client then still owes the fees, and also the dispute fee that the payment provider charges Firo.

Firo may also stop the work if the Client breaks these terms in a serious way or asks for something unlawful. The fees are not refunded.are not refunded.

Events outside a party’s control

Neither party is liable for a delay or failure caused by something outside its reasonable control. Examples are a natural disaster, war, government action, a power or internet failure, the failure of a third-party platform or provider, and serious illness of a key person.a key person.

The affected party tells the other as soon as it can, and the dates move by the length of the delay. This section does not apply to the duty to pay.

Governing law and disputes

The laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, govern these terms and every order. Wyoming’s rules that point to another law do not apply.

If a dispute comes up, the parties first talk in good faith for thirty days. The thirty days start when one party describes the dispute to the other in writing.

If the talks do not settle it, the dispute goes only to the state or federal courts located in the State of Wyoming, and both parties accept those courts. Either party may still ask any court that has the power to act for urgent protection of its rights.

Electronic acceptance

The Client accepts these terms by ticking the box in the checkout and placing the order. That forms the contract. It has the same effect as a signature on paper.signature on paper.

Firo records the version of the terms the Client accepted, with the date and time. The first email about the order names that version and the time of acceptance, and links to the text the Client accepted. The Client can save and print that text.

Changes to these terms

Firo may update these terms. The version the Client accepted in the checkout governs that order, also after a later update. This is version 2026-09-29.

General

The order confirmation and these terms are the whole agreement for the order. They replace earlier proposals, messages and statements on the same subject. If the Client and Firo sign a separate agreement that says it takes priority, that agreement decides where the two differ.

If a court finds part of these terms invalid, the rest stays in force. The Client may not transfer the order to someone else without Firo’s written agreement. Firo and the Client are independent businesses. Notices go by email, to the Client’s address in the order and to Firo at the address below. These terms are written in English, and the English text decides.

Data processing terms

These data processing terms are part of the contract. They apply whenever Firo handles personal data for the Client as its processor. Controller, processor and personal data mean what they mean in the General Data Protection Regulation of the EU and of the United Kingdom (GDPR).

The data are names, job titles, employers, LinkedIn profile links, locations, work emails, phone numbers and business signals of prospects. They also include personal data in the material the Client shares, such as its client and contact records and the answers it gives in the kickoff preparation form. The people concerned are the Client’s prospects, contacts, clients and colleagues. The purpose is to build the system and the lists the Client ordered. The handling lasts for the order and the support period, and after that until the data is deleted under the rule below.

Firo keeps this data on its order system and its other systems on servers in Singapore, and in the services named in the privacy notice.

Firo does all of the following.

  • handles the data only on the Client’s written instructions, which are the order, these terms and the choices made in the kickoff, and tells the Client if it thinks an instruction breaks the law;
  • makes sure the people who work with the data are bound to confidentiality;
  • protects the data with suitable security, including encrypted connections, access limited to the people who need it, and accounts protected with strong passwords and two-step sign-in where the tool offers it;
  • uses other processors only under a written contract with the same data protection duties, and stays responsible for them. The Client gives a general approval for processors such as hosting, data and enrichment providers and tools for email and files. Firo gives the current list on request and tells the Client at least fourteen days before it adds or replaces one, so that the Client can object on reasonable grounds;
  • helps the Client answer requests from people about their data, and helps with security, breach notices and impact assessments, as far as the data Firo holds allows;
  • tells the Client as soon as it can, and within 72 hours, after it learns of a breach of the Client’s personal data, with the facts the Client needs for its own notices;
  • deletes the answers in the kickoff preparation form 180 days after the kickoff, and deletes or returns the rest of the data within thirty days after the Client asks in writing or the portal is closed, unless a law requires Firo to keep it;
  • gives the Client the information it needs to show that these terms are followed, and answers reasonable audit questions in writing, up to once a year. If written answers cannot show it, the Client may inspect, at its own cost and with thirty days’ notice.thirty days’ notice.

The Client makes sure it has a lawful basis for the data it asks Firo to collect and for its own outreach, and that it gives prospects the information the law requires. The Client gives Firo no special categories of personal data.

Firo is based in the United States and also works from other countries outside the European Union. Where the GDPR applies to the Client, the standard contractual clauses of the European Commission are part of these terms. The module that applies is module two of Decision 2021/914, for transfers from a controller to a processor. The Client is the data exporter and Firo is the data importer. For the United Kingdom, the UK addendum to those clauses applies as well.applies as well.

The facts in these data processing terms fill in the annexes of the clauses. The clauses are governed by the law of the EU country where the Client is established, and the courts of that country decide disputes about them. Where the clauses and these terms differ, the clauses decide.

Where privacy laws of states in the United States apply, Firo acts as the Client’s service provider. It uses the personal data only to deliver the service to the Client and does not sell it to anyone else.
