Why outsource prospecting?

It decides the result

Who it was sent to, and when, matters more than the message.

It takes the right tools

Sourcing, enriching, verifying and scoring take tools and judgement.

It takes time every month

A list goes stale. It is refreshed and rebuilt as the campaigns run.

Why outsource prospecting?

The list is the foundation of your outreach. If the list is not good, the rest does not matter. Good messaging, good follow-ups and a good profile do not fix the wrong people. Building a good list is hard to do by hand. You need to know the tools, understand your audience well, and it takes time. That is why some clients outsource just this part and run the rest themselves.

Why map buyer personas?

On paper these two could be labeled as ‘the same’, if you only apply basic filters in prospecting. Demographics don’t tell you what someone cares about, what they respond to, or how they buy. So the base list is segmented into groups with different problems, and each group gets its own campaign and message.

Mapping the buying committee.

Targeting enterprise, or running ABM? Multiple people are involved and sales cycles are longer and more complex. You need to know who to approach, who to skip and who to prioritize. Your mapped offer, positioning and USPs get matched to the different buyer personas: their pain points, buying motivators and communication style. If several team member LinkedIn profiles are used, each approaches a different persona depending on their role, which means a higher chance of a foot in the door.

Questions about prospect lists.

Read the full FAQ

We use the ideal customer profile and buyer personas developed for your business. The ideal customer profile describes the companies that fit; buyer personas describe the people to approach within them. We find, enrich and check the records against those criteria, with a fit score for the company and person.

Open this answer in the full FAQ

A list includes names, roles, LinkedIn profiles, company details and fit scores. Company information can include industry, location, size and revenue. You can select extra context such as hiring, funding, technologies used or a recent role change. The list options show the fields and extras available for your order.

Open this answer in the full FAQ

Verified work email addresses and phone numbers are optional paid extras for our B2B prospect lists. The core list identifies the people and companies that match your targeting, including their LinkedIn profiles and relevant business details. We look for reliable contact matches, but not every person has an available email address or phone number. Choosing an extra does not guarantee that field for every record.

Open this answer in the full FAQ

Yes. Your team can use our prospect lists to run its own outreach. You can add a launch list of 500 or 1,000 prospects to the Pipeline System, with monthly options from 500 to 2,000 prospects for ongoing work. The Pipeline System is our usual route to agreeing the targeting. If you already know exactly whom you need to reach and only want list building, contact us to discuss a standalone arrangement.

Open this answer in the full FAQ

No. A prospect list contains companies and people that match your target criteria. They have not necessarily heard of your business or shown interest in your offer. Outreach starts that conversation; reply handling and qualification establish whether there is a reason to book a sales call.
